Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone'€™s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $25 per hour of services scheduled.

Please note microblading will require 48 hours advance notice for cancellation as it is a 2-hour service.

No-shows *
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a €œno-show.€ You will be responsible for $25 per hour of services scheduled.

Late Arrivals *
If you are not at our location at your scheduled time, your session may be canceled.  The technician will wait 10 mins for client past his/her appointment time. If client has not arrived within the 10min time frame, technician will leave and you will be responsible for $25 per hour of services scheduled.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly, and be on time for your service.

Deposits*

Some services will require a deposit.  This deposit is lost upon last min. cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals.  Habitual no-shows will also require a deposit.
