Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged for the service that was to be rendered.

Please note microblading will require 48 hours advance notice for cancelation as it is a 2-hour service.

No-shows *
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals *
If you are not at our location at your scheduled time, your session may be canceled.  The technician will wait 10mins for client past his/her appointmnet time. If client has not arrived within the 10min time frame, tehnician will leave and you will be responsible for the “full" payment of the session. 

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly, and be on time for your service. 

Some services wil require a deposit.  This deposit is lost upon last min. cancelations, no-shows, and late arrivals.  Habitual no-shows will also require a deposit.
