Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone'€™s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged for the service that was to be rendered.

Please note microblading will require 48 hours advance notice for cancellation as it is a 2-hour service.

No-shows *
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a €œno-show.€ They will be charged for their €œmissed€ appointment.

Late Arrivals *
If you are not at our location at your scheduled time, your session may be canceled.  The technician will wait 10mins for client past his/her appointment time. If client has not arrived within the 10min time frame, technician will leave and you will be responsible for the €œfull payment of the session.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly, and be on time for your service.


Some services will require a deposit.  This deposit is lost upon last min. cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals.  Habitual no-shows will also require a deposit.
